Creating New Projects
When you create a new project, you can select a template or just create a blank project.
To create a new project:
1 Choose New from the File menu to open the New Project dialog box. This creates a blank chart with three levels.
OR
To create a new project/chart with no hierarchical
structure, click the New Org Chart 
button. Use this button to add
charts to a new or existing project.
2 Choose a template. The Preview pane of the dialog box displays an example of the selected template.
Note: Click the New from file button in the New Project dialog box to use an existing file (and format) or template for the new project.
3 Click OK to create a new project using the selected template or file.
