The Insert tab contains commands that enable you to insert elements into a chart or project. It is divided into five sections, described below.
The Position section allows you to insert position boxes into your chart. Select a position option, then click a box in the chart to connect a new box to it.

The Illustrations & Text section is a group of commands that allow you to insert free-floating objects into your project.

Anchor |
Anchors a selected free-floating object to a selected box. Once anchored the free floating object remains positioned next to the selected box even if it is moved within the chart area. |
